Our caps went through over a dozen prototypes and their development lasted years, but we are confident we have the finest American made caps. It would have been easier to do it overseas, but we say do it right, or don’t do it at all. Each one is made with premium brushed cotton twill and special supple mesh so that your cap can be packed, sat on, dropped overboard, buried in the sand, and worn forever and ever. We also went the extra mile with our woven badges, which started as hand illustrations, and refined over and over again until they were just right.
